BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is comprised of seven members, five of the members are elected by a plurality of votes of the subscribers and two are appointed by Palmas del Mar Properties, Inc. (PDMPI). Except for the PDMPI Directors, the directors are elected by the subscribers to serve for a three-year term, up to a maximum of two consecutive three-year terms.
